Teachers' notes
These units provide detailed guidance on a variety of writing skills, with activities both online and as downloadable worksheets. The downloadable files are only available to subscribers. The units can be used with a class or students can work through them on their own.
We also provide examples of how two of the units address criteria in the Literacy Framework, which has now been introduced in England. Additional criteria can be covered in these and the other units. Worksheets to download (members only) 
The word processor files provided for members give paper-based versions of the exercises in each unit. Obviously, they cannot replicate the on-line quizzes but the questions are provided, usually with the answers on separate pages at the end.
Once you have downloaded them you can adapt them to suit your own needs and print off and copy the pages you want.
