Introduction
This section of English Online provides first-class resources all in one place on a range of classic poets, in order to save you the time and effort involved in hunting them down for yourself. Five poets - Blake, Coleridge, Keats, Christina Rossetti and Wordsworth - receive detailed treatment, with all their significant poems online. There is a representative selection of the work of another twenty-three poets, complete with biographical information. Together, these make up the twenty-eight major poets published before 1914 listed in the English National Curriculum.
